How will COVID-19 affect my orders?

We are monitoring the situation carefully, and following guidelines from the World Health Organisation and the government.

So far, we are able to continue operating mostly as normal, and you are able to continue placing orders as normal.

You are still able to place orders from the website as normal, and they will be packaged and shipped normally. However, as the situation is changing, and many border checks are becoming stricter, there may be delays in delivering your orders.

Normal shipping estimates may not apply at the present moment, especially if you are ordering to a country which has enacted new border controls, or to an area that is in lock-down.

Although we and our logistics partners are working hard to get your orders to you, we cannot guarantee that your order will not be affected, and cannot be liable if there is an issue arising from the current situation.

What are the rules and regulations of my local customs? Do I have to pay duties or taxes?

It is strongly recommended that you check with your local customs office. Because we ship to countries all over the world, it is impossible for us to know all the rules as they differ from country to country. SnuffStore UK cannot be responsible for any delays caused by your Customs Service or the Mail Service. This is out with our control and delivery times are therefore estimates only. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country and any additional charges must be paid by you. We do not pay any additional charges for customs, duties or otherwise.

If you decide to refuse your package because of these duty charges or if your customs office decides to refuse your package there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do. We will not re-ship or refund these orders. This why we strongly suggest to be familiar with your country's regulations.

How are my packages shipped and what are the costs?

We despatch all packages within 1-3 business days (unless an item is out of stock and in that case you will be promptly notified) within 24 hours (on business days) . All our packages are shipped discreetly. We ship all orders with Royal Mail.


Orders ship by weight and this is calculated using the Royal Mail Postage calculator (calculated upon checkout). In addition orders over $100 will ship via International Signed For or Airsure which is like US Priority Mail. Both come with tracking numbers and extra insurance. Once in the US, your order will be handed over to USPS.

Where do you ship?

We ship to every country around the world.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As we have no control over the postal system, below are just estimates:
  • European countries: 6-8 business days.
  • Mid East countries: 8-10 business days
  • Asian countries: 8-10 business days
  • African countries: 8-10 business days
  • North & South American countries: 10-12 business days

Please be aware that this does not include customs clearance. For most order there will be a quick delay but there are some orders that can be held for an undetermined amount of time (although this is rare).

What does the status of my order mean?

  • Processing - we have received your order and payment is waiting to be charged
  • Processed - your order has successfully been charged and is at the warehouse waiting to be picked and shipped
  • Shipped - your order has been shipped and is on its way to you
  • Cancelled - your payment has failed, an email has been sent to you and there has been no response within one week

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

Snuff Store takes no responsibility or liability for orders not arriving. If we are at fault in any way, we will be sure to re-ship your order at no cost to you (or offer a store credit). It is important for you to check your address on each order to make sure it is correct. If, at any time, you see an error, please contact our customer service team to have this rectified as soon as possible. Once the order ships it is too late to make any changes.


In the rare event of an item not turning up, please bear in mind that the postal service has clear rules for making enquiries into whether something is 'lost'. We must abide by these rules obviously. Royal Mail will not entertain any inquiry until 28 working days after postage, starting from the day after the actual day of posting.  The Royal Mail does not count weekends or public holidays as business days .They will not deal with our enquiry on your behalf until this time period has elapsed.

What happens if there are issues with the order I just received?

If you receive your order and there are any issues such as a wrong or damaged product, we will be happy to replace it at no charge to you. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will not accept any reported issues after 10 days of receipt of order.
