Sheffield Exchange lists the flavorings in this as Violets, Geranium Bourbon, Lemon, May Blossom, Tonquin Essence, Musk. This snuff, however, is more than the sum of its parts. It is without a doubt an excellent snuff of majesty but at the same time decadent and sensual. I love to take one of these late at night sipping fine whiskey and reading an old book. There is a bit of a pungent sting with this one, more so than my most beloevd Morlaix, but the flavor lasts a long time. I get a hint of smoke in there as well. Top notch!

Floral, powerful, and extremely sophisticated

This is a lovely fine, medium dark, medium moist, easy to take and high nicotine floral snuff.
It smells like taking a trip back in time to the 1600's to a French castle's flower garden through cobble stone roads in a horse carriage.
It goes down excellent with a cup of tea and a good book, revitalizing the mind similarly to a menthol snuff, while not clogging or irritating the nose in the same way.
I wouldn't recommend having it in a hurry, having it outside, or just having it without proper etiquette, it needs to be savored like a fine wine.
Snuff has been initially consumed by aristocracy, once you take a pinch of F&T Bordeaux you will understand this more than any words can explain.
For the untrained nose, it smells a bit soapy, it might be too fragrant for some, and if taken too often it can clog up the nose and lead to some back drip, somehow though, it is just perfect the way it is - this is a snuff to be savored not abused, and it feels like it should cost a lot more than it does.
